the Author
A recognized ghostwriter and novelist, Ms. Hammer is best known for her fiction writing, notably her Dysorganized
Crime Series and her anticipated upcoming Blue Wall Series. She is a dedicated animal rescuer and animal rights
advocate and she has long used her voice to speak for those who have no voice. In 2009, she founded Irving House Animal Sanctuary
(www.irvinghouse.org) to continue her rescue efforts caring for homeless and forgotten animals in need.
She makes her menagerie-style
home on the North Fork of Long Island’s East End.
